These terms and conditions apply to your ticket purchases for Mens Wellbeing events and to your membership if you become a member. Any questions about these terms and conditions should be directed to the Secretary via email to secretary@menswellbeing.org or by calling 07 3067 3449.
Mens Wellbeing is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act (1981) of Queensland. The Association holds Public Liability Insurance to the limit of $10 million.

By registering for one of our events, you understand that you may not receive a full refund should you not attend. Refunds depend upon your timely cancellation of your registration:
Refund on cancellations made 48 hours or less are made only in extenuating circumstances. All refund requests must be made in writing to admin@menswellbeing.org outlining the extenuating circumstances.
Covid19 circulating in the community is always an extenuating circumstance and a full refund will be given.
When a 100% refund is not possible under this policy, the un-refundable part of your payment may be credited to your next event booking.
Refunds are processed after the event.
The condition of timely cancellation is not applied to purely online events, so long as we have your cancellation before the event beings.
Where an event is cancelled by us, you will be refunded what you have paid.
As a special case, we will refund the sign-up fee and any other Common Ground fees to a participant who has attended all 9 weeks of our Common Ground program and is not satisfied.
