Manshine 2026 – Growing the Hearts of Men

Join us to grow the heart within you—one seed, one breath, one step at a time.

Come and experience what becomes possible when men gather with open hearts and honest intention.

Men grow best in good company.

This event is an invitation to step into a space where you can reconnect with yourself, connect with other men, and discover new ways to live with honesty, courage, and heart.

Growing the Hearts of Men is 3 days of shared stories, over the May long weekend. Workshops and Tribal Groups creating supportive practices that help us cultivate the qualities that make us whole: presence, courage, compassion, responsibility, and authentic connection.

Every man carries untold strengths, hidden longings, and pressures he rarely speaks of. Life often teaches us to toughen up, hold it together, and push through—but real growth comes when we give ourselves space to feel, reflect, release, and re-orient.

This event offers that space….. a place to breathe, to ground, and to reconnect with what truly matters.

Join us to:

  • reconnect with your emotional world

  • understand youself more clearly

  • be part of a supportive circle

  • grow in confidence, clarity, and compassion

  • take meaningful steps forward in your life

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.

Step into a space where men from all walks of life come together to explore what it truly means to be a man in today’s world. Through open conversations and shared experiences, uncover deeper insights into relationships, purpose, and-most importantly-your authentic self.

Awareness is the seed

Real change begins the moment we notice what’s happening inside us.

Through guided reflection, storytelling, and experiential exercises, we cultivate awareness of:

  • automatic patterns and triggers

  • old stories that no longer serve us

  • strengths we’ve forgotten or underestimated

  • places within us calling for attention

Awareness plants the seed of transformation.

Acceptance is the soil

Nothing grows in harsh ground.
When we learn to soften toward ourselves—our imperfections, fears, wounds, and hopes—we create fertile soil for genuine change.

In this stage, we explore:

  • the power of self-compassion

  • letting go of judgement and comparison

  • embracing our full emotional landscape

  • connecting with others through shared humanity

Acceptance allows the seed to take root.

Action is the harvest

Growth becomes real when it moves into our lives.
Together, we look at practical, grounded steps that turn insight into momentum.

You’ll walk away with:

  • clarity about what matters most

  • personal commitments that feel doable and aligned

  • tools for emotional resilience

  • support from a community of men travelling a similar path

Action is where the heart expands, choices shift, and life opens.

What You Can Expect

  • A welcoming, confidential space

  • Skilled facilitators who value authenticity over performance

  • Practices that blend embodied work, reflection, and connection

  • Conversations that meet you where you are—no bravado, no competition

  • A sense of belonging, relief, and renewed energy

Whether you’re new to Men’s Wellbeing or have been part of the community for years, this event invites you to step into deeper, steadier ground within yourself.
