Kai and Angie are facilitators, space holders, and partners who are passionate about creating environments where real, honest connection can unfold. Together, they bring a balance of grounded presence, lived experience, and intuitive guidance—inviting people beyond surface-level interaction and into deeper truth.

Together, they have learned to recognise when their own armour begins to rise—those protective patterns shaped by past experiences, relationships, and life itself. Rather than avoiding these moments, they meet them with awareness, using them as opportunities to grow both individually and together.

Like many, they have navigated the complexities of blending families and supporting children through change—and have experienced the challenges and heartbreak when those paths haven’t unfolded as hoped. Through these lived experiences, they have developed grounded strategies, deeper understanding, and a shared wisdom they now bring into the spaces they hold.

Kai’s path is one of lived experience. Born in South Africa, shaped through his years in the UK, and forged through 16 years in the Armed Forces as a Navy diver and within commando environments, he brings a deep understanding of both the armour we wear and the process of softening it. His work in Men’s Wellbeing, ceremony, and sound creates space for reflection, honesty, and reconnection.

Angie’s work is rooted in matrescence, art therapy, and community wellbeing. She brings a gentle yet powerful presence, supporting emotional awareness, self-expression, and the healing that comes through shared human experience. Her ability to hold space with compassion and clarity allows others to feel safe enough to be seen.

Kai and Angie will offer reflections and stories from their own lives—not as experts, but as individuals and now partners, who have lived, learned, and continue to grow. These offerings are intended to spark thought, provide context, and open the space for deeper, more meaningful conversations.

Together, we will explore how our armour has served us… and where it may now be limiting our ability to truly connect—with ourselves and with others.
