Start the conversation in one of our Open Men’s Groups – That’s ‘OMG’

  • Come once or be a regular, OMGs are a no obligation opportunity to have meaningful connection with other men.
  • Hosted by experienced facilitators from the Mens Wellbeing Community who create a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Every man is welcome and our guidelines ensure that there is respect for all.

Our OMGs in Queensland are co-ordinated by Dob. You can call him with questions on 0424 146 005.

Our OMGs in Victoria are co-ordinated by Graham. You can call him with questions on 0419 572 023.

Note: All Mens Wellbeing events are drug and alcohol free.

Our OMGs are free to participate

But not free for us to host. To support these meetings and help them continue you can donate on the night by cash or card. Donations are optional and funds go towards meeting facilities, supper, the website and other costs. Facilitators are not paid.

The Pomona OMG meets face-to-face at the Pomona & District Community House on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Meet us in the Lawson Shed. Arrive from 5:45PM for a cuppa, we will start at 6PM!
